General Manager Tom Ruth addressed the membership regarding the February winter storm and the impacts consumers can plan on in their upcoming bills. Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) The 2021 Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) application period is still open until Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
